What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Collections Excellence: Manage and develop a diverse team of internal employees and outsourced partners,



establishing clear accountability for cash targets, dispute resolution, and aging metrics like Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Drive Financial Performance & Strategy: Execute global Account-to-Cash (A2C) standards to ensure predictable working capital, while strictly adhering to General Collections Policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance frameworks.
- Optimize Cross-Functional Quality: Partner with Sales, Billing, and Customer Operations to identify and eliminate the root causes of payment disputes, serving as the primary escalation point for complex enterprise customer issues.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Collections, Billing, or Account-to-Cash functions within a multinational enterprise or Shared Services environment.
- Strong Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of cash flow, Accounts Receivable (AR), and working capital management
