We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This role combines artificial intelligence, enterprise automation, and governance, focusing on improving operational efficiency through AI‑driven agents and Microsoft-based tools.
This is a remote position.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related roles
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
- Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-based solutions (Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Solid understanding of enterprise data governance, compliance frameworks, and responsible AI
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Nice to Have




- Experience in construction industry processes or enterprise operations
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI copilots
- Knowledge of automation at scale and enterprise architecture

Key Responsabilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents for tasks such as data processing, research, and decision support
- Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI
- Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop)
- Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Dataverse)
- Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI Services)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
