We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant with expertise in Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, or both to join our team. The idóneo candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion CX applications to enhance customer engagement and business processes.
Essential Functions
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Sales and/or Fusion Service modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure workflows, automation, and integrations within the Oracle CX ecosystem.
- Provide functional and technical expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Fusion CX applications.
- Support data migration, system testing, and user training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud CX enhancements and recommend best practices for process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
