Overview
The Membership Analyst position provides support to the organization for all initiatives related to administering and maintaining records related to Membership Administration
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer membership information in alignment with contract terms and established guidelines.
- Review contract requirements to verify customer eligibility and make necessary updates in internal systems to ensure accurate contract pricing.
- Conduct membership roster audits and compare results against internal records to support data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the resolution of membership discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Follow contract membership policies and escalate instances of non‑compliance to management as needed.
- Calculate write‑down impacts related to customer commitments and route for internal approval when required.
- Respond to customer eligibility inquiries and support the review process.
- Maintain and update internal master data records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Analytics, Chargebacks, Membership Support or Contract Administration
- Advanced English Level
- Experience with contract administration in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred
- Experience with GPO, IDN, Collaborative customers preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and Vistex (preferred)
- Strong analytical and project management skills required
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a cross-matrixed environment required
