About The Role
As the Senior Product Manager for New Bets , you will be at the forefront of Félix’s expansion. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take the reins of our most ambitious new product lines, including TUBP (Top‑Up Bill Pay)



and P2P (Peer‑to‑Peer) transfers. Your mission is to transition from learning the ropes to full end‑to‑end ownership within six months, allowing our leadership to focus on long‑term strategy while you drive the execution, growth, and scalability of these new bets. You will act as a high‑agency “founder” within the company, coordinating cross‑functionally with the Conversational Experience (CE) squad to ensure a seamless multiproduct journey for our users.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Ownership: Primary ownership of the New Bets product line (TUBP, P2P, and future initiatives), managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to GTM.
- Execution & Delivery: Run all New Bets squad cadences (daily stand‑ups, weekly planning, retros) and maintain a clean, prioritized backlog.
- Strategy & Documentation: Author and own PRDs for in‑flight projects, ensuring clarity for engineering and design tea
