About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support critical, customer-facing platforms . In this role, you’ll be responsible for incident management, system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization across large-scale cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
- Lead and participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
- Work closely with Development, Product, and third-party partners
- Use observability tools to detect, analyze, and prevent issues
- Manage incidents and tasks using Jira and ServiceNow
- Perform final validation testing on web and mobile applications
- Contribute to automation, security, and disaster recovery initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale cloud applications (AWS preferred)




- Hands-on experience with Incident Management / Production Support
- Strong knowledge of AWS services , especially Lambda / Serverless & API Gateways
- Experience with Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Lumigo, or similar)
- Good understanding of eCommerce / SaaS systems (Delivery, Loyalty is a plus)
- Working knowledge of SQL, Linux, Shell scripting, Git
- Familiarity with GraphQL and networking fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have
- Experience with 3rd-party delivery aggregators
- Exposure to security management or disaster recovery
- Willingness to grow in automation and programming
