The Global Quality Director is a senior corporate leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and embedding a unified global quality framework (“One Quality Standard”) across all operational sites of the organization.
This role exists to protect patient safety, regulatory compliance, and corporate reputation, while enabling business continuity, sustainable growth, and international expansion in highly regulated environments (pharmaceuticals and regulated consumer products).
Acting as a trusted C‑Level partner, the Global Quality Director provides strategic direction, technical authority, and regulatory foresight, ensuring the organization remains inspection‑ready, resilient to regulatory changes, and aligned with general best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 9 years of experience in Corporate, Global, and/or Regional Quality Leadership roles within multinational organizations.
- Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy, with a Specialization or Master’s degree in Production Processes, Quality, and/or Administration.




- Proven experience leading regional (LATAM or multi‑country) quality functions, with accountability for multiple plants, countries, or business units.
- Strong professional background in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors (e.g., regulated consumer products/food).
- Hands‑on experience working directly with international health authorities and high‑surveillance regulatory agencies.
- Recognized as a regional/global technical authority, capable of influencing complex decisions across cultures and regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic mindset, high level of executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively with C‑Level leadership and corporate committees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and govern the Global Quality Regulatory Framework, issuing and updating Corporate Master Policies (Global Quality Standards) on critical topics such as Data Integrity, Stability, Process Validation, and Risk Management, ensuring mandatory
