Job Description




We are seeking a Sales Representative junior to be located in Guayabal, Medellin Colombia focused on main opportunities with T1 to drive sales growth and maximize revenue. This strategy aims to maintain and foster growth opportunities under dedicated management, ensuring that all segments of our vendor can thrive. We will conduct a structured knowledge transfer plan to ensure a smooth handover while maintaining service levels and preventing any disruption to existing business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).
Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product
