Role Description
The Supply & Demand Planning Lead (IBP / SIOP / S&OE;)



will support client transformation initiatives focused on building and optimizing end-to-end planning capabilities across integral operations.
This role is suited for a leader with experience in either supply planning OR demand planning (or both), with a strong ability to design, implement, and scale integrated planning frameworks.
The consultant will play a key role in advancing planning maturity across the organization from forecasting through execution while improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize IBP, SIOP, and S&OE; processes
Build and scale end-to-end planning frameworks (Forecast → Demand → Supply → Execution)
Lead scenario planning and decision-making processes, including risk mitigation strategies
Improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and supply reliability
Optimize inventory, safety stock, and working capital performance
Balance supply-demand tradeoffs and impr
