We are looking for aSr Sales Executive to join our team in Colombia . If you have a strong commercial mindset, enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, and are driven by performance, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
What you’ll do
Work closely with clients, ensuring coordinated efforts to meet commercial goals and maximize results.
Deliver compelling product/service presentations during client meetings and assess their needs to propose tailored solutions.
Apply strong negotiation skills to close deals, manage budgets, and oversee related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to maximize value from current clients.
Partner with internal teams (Partnerships, Marketing)
to organize events and align lead generation efforts.
- Keep your sales pipeline clear and updated in HubSpot, working transparently towards the team’s goals.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the App Growth or Ad Tech industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative.
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
Good level of English (written and spoken).
