About the Role
As a Virtual Dental Clinic Receptionist (ON-SITE) at Baysdentalgroup, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a key role in shaping the overall patient experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering and making outbound calls, managing the clinic's calendar, and providing general administrative support. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín.
Requirements
- Strong phone skills and professional telephone etiquette for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Ability to handle core virtual front desk tasks such as file management, documentation, and administrative support.
- Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of dental management software are a plus.
Position Details
- 40 Hours/Week | Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off

- Salary: $3,000,000 COP + Bonuses from $700,000 COP
- Indefinite Term Contract
- Medellín Only
