The Role

As our CRO Specialist, you will be the engine behind the Holafly Plans team, directly accelerating our general revenue by transforming user insights into high-impact experiments. You will bridge the gap between hypothesis and reality, ensuring our web experience is frictionless for every traveller, everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and monitor complex A/B tests end-to-end using industry-leading tools like VWO, Optimizely, or AB Tasty.
- Extract actionable growth opportunities by deep-diving into GA4,



Amplitude, and heatmapping tools to solve user friction.
- Guarantee flawless execution through rigorous QA, ensuring experiments perform perfectly across all global browsers and devices.
- Translate technical requirements for design and dev teams to ensure high-quality test variants.
- Build a high-velocity learning culture by documenting every insight to scale our collective growth knowledge.
- Optimise conversion funnels across diverse international markets to directly move the needle on business KPIs.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in CRO or Growth roles within a fast‑paced digital environment.
- Technical literacy in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively manage how experiments are injected and rendered.
- Expertise in the modern data stack, specifically GA4 and product analytics tools like Amplitude or Hotjar.
