Bilingual Client Service Tax Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full‑time position, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role
- Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system and route them appropriately.
- Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients via phone, e‑mail, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.
- Process client intake documents, including contracts, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.
- Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing client communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service in every interaction.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, client‑first company culture.
- Assist with special projects and confidential reporting as needed by management.

About you




- AA degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred – or 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role within tax, accounting, legal, or financial services.
- Highly tech‑savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong team player who also works well independently.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- A natural problem‑solver who can meet tight deadlines with confidence.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, paperless environment, and committed to delivering outstanding client service and achievement.
