The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Life Sciences Recruitment Specialists to join our nearshore team and deliver best‑in‑class talent solutions. You will work closely with our US BioTalent leadership and client teams to identify and engage top scientific and technical talent across biotech, pharma, medical devices, and related fields – helping our clients accelerate discovery, innovation, and patient impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing high-quality scientific, technical, and operational candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and targeted market mapping.
- Screening and qualifying candidates across Life Sciences disciplines (R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Commercial, etc.).
- Building strong pipelines of niche specialist talent for both current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Collaborating with Account Directors, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholder
