We’re seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support sales, marketing, customer service, and executive operations. This is a full‑time remote position idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing communication, coordination, and client‑facing work.

The ideal candidate has experience with CRM systems, outbound prospecting, and customer communications, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct email and phone follow‑ups on inbound leads.
- Schedule product demos and onboarding sessions for new accounts.
- Manage and respond to website chatbot inquiries.
- Execute outbound campaigns via AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, email inbox, and handle light research tasks.




- Handle customer support tickets in Zoho Desk and assist clients via email, phone, or screen share.
- Create and schedule social media content using Zoho Social.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with sales, customer support, or executive assistance.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using modern CRM and automation tools.
