The role
The PM owns a specific digital product and its business outcome. This is not a feature shipping role — your job is to drive measurable business results by evolving a digital product and re‑engineering the processes behind it to enable leapfrog improvements. You operate with high autonomy within a contained business scope,
partner closely with one or two developers, manage senior stakeholders, connect with customers to understand their needs and opportunities, and run continuous experiments to improve performance.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end business outcome for your specific product scope — not just feature delivery.
- Envision the product roadmap alongside the business process and operational definitions needed to hit your targets.
- Co‑develop the digital product with one or two engineers — from roadmap prioritization to shipping quick experiments using AI‑native tools.
- Apply zero‑based process engineering to rethink how things work from scratch and unlock step‑change solutions, not just incremental improvements.
