Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly driven Account Executive with a hunter mindset to expand our freight business. If you thrive on closing deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new shippers and logistics partners.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive new account acquisition, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and provide tailored freight solutions.
- Market & Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to maximize opportunities.
- Freight Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
What You Need to Succeed
? Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Business,
Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Logistics (completed or in progress) is a big plus.
? Experience: 5+ years in sales, in the logistics and ground transportation sector within the North American market.
? Industry background: Strong track record in logistics and transportation.
? Tools & Tech: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn).
