Onboarding Virtual Team Ambassador

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented,



and proactive Team Ambassadorto manage the pre-sale process from signed agreement through installation and activation. This role is critical to revenue generation.

You will own the execution and follow-up process of closing deals and ensuring that merchants and internal teams stay on track. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow established processes, take initiative, and does not require constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable making phone calls to merchants and internal teams
- Able to work independently without hand-holding
- Strong note-taking habits and ability to learn processes quickly
- High sense of urgency in a competitive, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working with CRMs, DocuSign, Slack, and internal sales systems
