We’re partnering with a leading music streaming company to find a talented Social Insights Analyst to support their dynamic team. This role offers a contract position spanning approximately 7 to 12 months, with the opportunity to work remotely within the region. Social Insights Analyst Responsibilities:
- Transform social signals into actionable business intelligence to answer strategic questions and guide marketing efforts.
- Develop frameworks to interpret social conversations and distinguish between general enthusiasm and brand-specific engagement.
- Identify key drivers influencing brand sentiment across campaigns, formats, and creators.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the music, tech, and entertainment sectors to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into content and campaign planning.





Social Insights Analyst Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in social analytics, brand intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience working with social platform data, including understanding API constraints.
- Proven ability to convert data into strategic recommendations and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
