We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Medellín team. RPM BPO focuses on providing high quality service to our international clients across several different industries and business lines.

You will play a critical role in designing and managing IT systems and networks. As the IT Admin, you will manage MS 365 and Google Workspace policies as well as RMM and MDM systems.

We are a relatively small but growing team, and you will interface directly with leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT policies and processes
- Monitor and manage company systems and networks
- Monitor and manage company assets and endpoints
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide L1 and L2 helpdesk support
- Ensure systems, assets, and endpoints maintain compliance and security protocols

Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an IT related field or IT certifications
- 5+ years in IT (helpdesk included)
- Experience with RMM/MDM platforms
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, AD, Purview, etc.
- Experience with Google Workspace
- B2 English (must be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing)
