About the Role

We’re looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to provide tactical and analytical support to procurement and category teams. This role is key to ensuring purchase order accuracy, inventory visibility, and smooth service execution across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Create and manage purchase orders in ERP systems
- Track confirmations, lead times, and resolve service exceptions
- Coordinate vendors, freight, and inbound logistics activities
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment needs
- Obtain and compare freight rates, monitor shipments, and flag issues
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and documentation

What You Bring
- 1-3 years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics support
- Experience with freight coordination or inbound logistics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- ERP experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
