Talento Human Capital (TalentoHC) launched its Medellin office in El Poblado in April 2026. The Medellin office will house a Global Shared Services Center, Global Recruiting Center, Latin America Business Unit Headquarters and Global Nearshore Center. A sister business, TalentoVentures will also exist as a human capital-centric venture fund accelerating high-impact startups across eCommerce, Supply Chain, Home Services, Hospitality, and Business Services. We’re more than investors—we’re builders, advisors, and partners in growth.

This role will serve as the commercial lead as we develop our in-country team to go to market while collaborating to establish the integral recruiting center for Analyst to C-suite level jobs in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Supporting various industries and functions, Talento provide’s talent & organizational solutions to customers across the Americas and Internationally through our disruptive customer experience model in the global $700B staffing & recruiting industry.
