- Location: Hybrid - Medellín (2 days/week in office)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, EST hours
- Salary: USD $1,000/month

The Role
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team at NNC. This is an opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to build lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth, and establish themselves as a trusted advisor in the industrial materials sector.
What You'll Do
- Contact customers to present products and close sales
- Guide clients through the purchasing process and provide excellent service
- Assist the LATAM Sales Manager with client management, follow-ups, and additional sales tasks
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Generate new leads using our database and your own prospecting
- Position NNC as customers' preferred supplier
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2+ minimum) - written and verbal
- 1+ years sales or customer-facing experience
- Based in Medellín or willing to relocate
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience with cables, wires, or industrial materials is preferred
