Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our growing startup team.



This role is adecuado for someone early in their HR career who thrives in fast-moving environments, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn across all areas of Human Resources. The Junior HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and administrative initiatives while partnering closely with leadership and team members across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and internal tools, ensuring close attention to detail and compliance.
- Support benefits administration, time-off tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools in a timely and professio
