Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for carbon steel products in Medellin and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in steel or related materials.
- Strong knowledge of carbon steel products and the steel market in Colombia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
