About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings on major platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding processes when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.based positions.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive work ethic.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Depending on Experience
- Commissions: Competitive commissions on every successful placement
Schedule:
- Fully remote position with adaptable working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
