We are a growing food & beverage company looking for a highly proactive and experienced Senior Marketing/Content Manager to lead, coordinate, and elevate all of our content publishing and marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who is organized, creative, and confident, working independently without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Coordination
- Bring together all marketing activities from different teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Coordinate across internal groups (operations, sales, product, creative) to create cohesive marketing plans.
- Maintain full oversight of the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Content Management & Quality Control
- Work with our content producers to keep the calendar full on Instagram and Tik Tok for our brands.
- Review, edit, and approve all content to maintain high standards and brand consistency.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with company goals.
- Manage content pipelines for product launches,



promotions, campaigns, and social platforms.

Platform & Channel Management
- Manage and oversee content, listings, and promotional activities on:
○ TikTok Shop

○ Instagram
- Monitor our website regularly to ensure product information, pricing, visuals, and marketing campaigns are accurate and up to date.

Communication & Collaboration
- Work with internal teams through Slack for seamless communication.
- Coordinate with external agencies, creators, influencers, or contractors as needed.

Performance & Reporting
- Track performance metrics across all channels.
- Provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing activities meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content, marketing and digital advertising, preferably in food & beverage, CPG, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, Instagram,
