About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional School Representative for Latin America, based in Bogotá or Medellín, to support student recruitment and partnership development across Colombia, Latin America, and Brazil. This role focuses on promoting summer/winter and integration programs, academic English programs on Canadian university campuses, and high school exchange/pathway programs, working closely with education agents, agencies,



and elite private secondary schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Kingsway Academy & ICEAP as an official Canadian school representative in LatinAmerica
- Promote summer/winter camps, integration programs, academic English programs, high schoolexchange program, and university-based experiences through agent networks
- Develop and manage relationships with education agents and agencies
- Build partnerships with local private secondary schools and school organizations to promote:
- Summer/Winter programs in Canadao Integration Programs
- High school exchange
- Pathway programs
- Participate in school visits, education fairs, information sessions, and networking events
- Support and grow student recruitment pipelines from Latin America to Canada
- Work closely with the Canada-based admissions and management teams
- Based in Bogotá or Medellín (required)
