We are expanding our international team and are looking for a mid-level Systems Administrator / IT Support Engineer based in Medellín, Colombia, who has prior experience working in an MSP environment and is comfortable supporting multiple client environments.

Role Overview

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in an MSP-style environment, and understands how to balance end-user support, systems administration, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

You will support U.S.based clients, resolve escalated tickets, maintain infrastructure, and help improve operational efficiency through documentation and automation.





Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Service Delivery
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across multiple client environments
- Handle escalated tickets from Tier 1 support with strong documentation and root-cause analysis
- Deliver professional remote support to end users in the U.S.

Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain:
- Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Windows Server (Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)
- Endpoint management (Intune, RMM tools)
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and security policies
- Monitor backups, system health, and patching across client environments

MSP Tools & Automation
- Work daily with MSP tools such as:
- RMM platforms (e.g., NinjaOne, Datto RMM, N-able, ConnectWise)
- PSA / ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, etc.)
