We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Epic Experience -Bilingual to support healthcare operations, clinical informatics initiatives, and healthcare IT workflows within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational healthcare systems experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support operational and clinical teams in a fast-paced setting.
The adecuado candidate will have experience supporting healthcare applications, reporting, documentation management, and workflow coordination. Exposure to EMR/EHR platforms, healthcare operations, ServiceNow, or clinical workflows is highly preferred. Candidates with strong learning aptitude and transferable healthcare IT experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Support Clinical Informatics and healthcare operations teams with day-to-day workflow activities
Assist in preparing KPI dashboards, operational reports, and usage metrics
Support ServiceNow ticket management, issue tracking, and workflow coordination
Help maintain healthcare documentation,



process guides, and operational materials
Assist with workflow improvement and documentation optimization initiatives
Coordinate and support small-scale healthcare IT and operational projects
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across teams
Support data validation, reporting accuracy, and process improvement activities
Participate in healthcare system enhancement and user support initiatives
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Healthcare IT Support, Healthcare Operations, Clinical Support, or related fields
Exposure to healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or clinical applications
Experience with reporting, analytics, documentation management, or operational support
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solvi
