About Us:
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure shipments are on track from start to finish, solve any issues that come up during transit, and communicate with both carriers and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.

What You’ll Do:
- Use tracking tools to monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate the movement of goods
- Negotiate rates for both spot market and contracts with carriers to ensure profitable business for the company
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and secure business through quick and accurate quoting
- Quickly identify and address issues such as delays, rerouting, or shipment damages to minimize disruptions
- Keep customers and internal teams informed on shipment statuses.




- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with carriers to ensure reliable service and competitive rates.
- Use tracking systems to monitor shipments and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance shipment tracking processes and efficiency.

What You’ll Need:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with transportation management software and tracking tools.
- A proactive and team-focused attitude.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
