About the Role
We are looking for an English-speaking Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our growing team in Medellín, Colombia. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, customer-facing professionalism, and foundational experience in identity and application access management. You do not need to be a senior cybersecurity expert for this position. We are seeking someone who can communicate clearly and confidently in English, work effectively with users and IT teams, and support IAM/ICAM operations in a healthcare-focused environment.
Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support user access requests for applications and systems
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts and permissions
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM/ICAM) processes and controls
- Assist with application access reviews and access governance activities
- Troubleshoot user access issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Communicate professionally with end users, stakeholders, and integral teams in English
- Maintain documentation related to access management procedures
- Follow security and compliance policies related to user access
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (required)
- Experience or knowledge in IAM, ICAM, user provisioning, or application access management
- Understanding of access control concepts and user lifecycle management
- Ability to work with multiple teams and communicate professionally
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or healthcare applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPo
