Funciones del cargo:
Empresa requiere para su equipo de trabajo Tecnico, tecnologo o cualificado para el cargo de Junior Project Manager con experiência de mínimo 1 año.
Funciones:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks; proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
- Support the onboarding of new team members to projects and help align them with project goals.
- Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
