About Us:
A Viva Engage client is seeking a skilled Tax Associate with a positive and solution-oriented thinking with strong communication skills and discipline to enhance their preparation of tax returns for US citizens and US businesses. The role involves data entry, critical thinking, and tax planning.

Duties:
Conduct data entry for tax returns
Utilize critical thinking skills in tax planning scenarios
Assist in tax planning activities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
4+ years verifiable experience in similar positions
Experience in US accounting is preferred but not required.

Key Skills:
Computer literacy
Critical thinking
Knowledge of accounting principles
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel), tax software, and AI research tools

Benefits:
(40 hours), Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Medellin, Colombia
Pay: $1,500 USD per month
