About the role:
The Senior Site Leader will be responsible for the overall success of our Colombia team. This is a critical leadership role, with a primary focus on improving performance, reducing attrition,



and preparing the site for extensive future growth while fostering a professional environment. The Senior Team Leader will be the face of the team, ensuring that Podium hits our objectives and all employees receive the guidance, support, and mentorship necessary to succeed.

What you will be doing:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide supportive and empathetic partnership to a team of Sales Managers, focusing on developing their skills and guiding their growth. Cultivate a culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for the US leadership team, providing regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the Pakistan team, ensuring smooth workflows and communication between the local team and the US-based leadership.
