**Job Description:**
**Job Summary:**
The individual manages COD Overages & Shortages collected by the drivers and assists with some COD internal inquiries.
The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely.
Each team member must be available to cross-train in other COD tasks and be prepared to help where needed to ensure that customers continue to receive superior COD service.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Matching debits and credits daily.
+ Follow up with internal and external customers as needed.
+ Contact centers daily by email and by phone when needed to resolve open items.
+ Work with centers to resolve irregular payments.
+ Decision making by prioritizing workload to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis.
**Qualifications:**
+ Technologist or Professional in Administrative Careers.
+ 6 months of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Customer Service.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Advanced English (80%).
**Other Details:**
+ Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm.
+ Grade: 008.
+ Modality: Hybrid.

+ Availability to work on holidays.
