The Sales Support Specialist will support daily operations across sales, customer success, marketing coordination, customer onboarding, employee on-boarding recruiting, and internal operations. This role is designed to improve organizational efficiency, support scalability, and reduce administrative burden across leadership and revenue teams.

Responsibilities

- Assist with customer onboarding and follow-up communication
- Assist with coordinating customer specific review presentations, and sales materials
- Support marketing coordination, content organization, and communications
- Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Help maintain SOPs, training documentation, and internal processes within the Sales organization
- Support internal culture, communication, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Experience supporting sales, customer success, operations, or administrative teams preferred




- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace preferred

Role Objective

- This role is intended to improve operational efficiency and scalability across multiple departments by providing centralized support for administrative, coordination, onboarding, and customer-facing functions.

We are a company that provides Nearshoring services, which means your work will be exclusively dedicated to a foreign company through our organization.

Conditions:

- Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits. (Contrato a termino indefinido)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off.
- Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.
- Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.
- Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.
- We provide you with the necessary equipment to work.

Compensation:

$2,800,000 COP monthly base salary for the first 3 months. After that, compensation changes to a base salary plus a performance-based commission plan.
