We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Integration Engineer - Bilingual with strong English communication skills and experience in system integrations, data exchange, and application support. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience working with APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise application integrations.

Healthcare industry knowledge or experience supporting healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare workflows is highly preferred. The candidate will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to support integration projects and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, implement, and support system integration solutions across enterprise applications
- Work with APIs, web services, HL7/FHIR integrations, middleware, and data transformation processes
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor interfaces, and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Collaborate with business, technical, and client teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support end-to-end integration testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and technical workflows
- Monitor data exchange processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for production releases and issue resolution
- Assist in optimizing integration performance and improving automation processes
- Support healthcare-related integration initiatives involving EMR/EHR systems, healthcare applications,



or patient data workflows when applicable.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Integration Engineer, Application Support Analyst, or related role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and data integration technologies
- Experience with SQL and database querying for troubleshooting and data validation
- Understanding of system integration concepts, middleware platforms, and data mapping
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and resolving technical integration issues
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare industry experience or healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare workflows
- Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Cloverleaf, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience working in healthcare IT, staffing, consulting, or enterprise services environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
