Position: Customer Success Executive
Location: Colombia
Department: Operations
Compensation: up to $1,800,000 COP + Connectivity allowance + Legal benefits (bonuses, severance, vacation, severance interests) + Full social security coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings to resolve questions and prepare clients for interviews with employers or embassies.
- Keep client records, documents, and updates accurate in internal systems and CRM.
- Monitor each case to identify delays or issues early and propose solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams when needed.
- Provide personalized support in preparing required documents and forms.
- Follow up with inactive clients and ensure they receive complete and correct information on time.
- Promote a professional, empathetic,
and customer-focused experience aligned with VIS Latam standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or international process management.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Organized, empathetic, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
