- to senior-level Litigation Attorney (5+ years) to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Defend complex civil litigation matters involving warranty-related claims for automotive manufacturers and dealer networks**:

- **Manage cases from early assessment through resolution, including trial-readiness preparation**:

- **Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions**:

- **Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate witnesses**:

- **Prepare for and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations**:

- **Conduct strong legal research, case strategy development, and written advocacy**:

- **Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel**:





- **Maintain exceptional organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail across multiple active matters**:
