Are you a seasoned technician with leadership skills and a passion for live casino operations? We are looking for a Team Leader for Gaming Equipment Administrators (Portuguese-speaking) to help drive our brand-new, cutting-edge live casino studio in Bogotá, Colombia, a major investment that's already shaping the future of iGaming in Latin America.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of equipment administrators, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and quality delivery.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of gaming hardware: live tables, dealer terminals, and related peripherals.
- Manage system updates, firmware, and equipment lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues in real time during live-game broadcasts.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and operations teams on major deployments, setups, and game launches.
- Develop processes, training materials, and best practices to optimize team workflows.
- Ensure accurate documentation of equipment configurations, network diagrams, and maintenance logs.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on sourcing, testing, and maintaining hardware.

Who You Are

- Experienced in working with live-casino gaming hardware (tables, media servers, peripherals).
- Technically strong, with a solid understanding of networking, performance tuning, and real-time systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and calmness under pressure.
- Proven leadership experience, capable of guiding a group and improving processes.
- Fluent in Portuguese; Spanish or English is a plus.
- Proactive,
