The Human Resources Generalist for Latin America plays a critical role in advancing the People Team’s priorities by supporting the HR Director, LAR, HR Business Partner, HR Generalists, and Talent Acquisition teams. This role helps implement and execute key people programs that are essential to attracting, developing, deploying, and managing a geographically dispersed workforce across the Latin America region.

We’re Looking For You

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Latin America, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides comprehensive HR support across the nine countries and 10 Business Units where TNC operates in Latin America. The role works in close partnership with integral People teams (including Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, and others) and key regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality HR services for LAR staff and Business Units.





The HR Generalist is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans in alignment with organizational policies, regional practices, and local labor legislation. This role also serves as an advisor and point of contact for employees and supervisors at all levels on a wide range of HR-related matters.

Responsibilities & Scope

HR Systems, Data & Reporting
- Serve as Workday regional expert and backup, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related questions and issues.
- Track system incidents, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate best practices and updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis in Workday as required by management and approved by HR leadership.

Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with People Team stakeholders and regional partners to improve
