Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & System SupportProvide day-to-day support to WindServer users, analysts, and stakeholders.Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.Perform system analysis and debugging activities to identify root causes of technical problems.Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Support system stability, reliability, and overall performance.Administration & ConfigurationImplement and manage code changes and server configuration updates.Assist with the administration and maintenance of on-premises server infrastructure.Monitor system operations and support ongoing maintenance activities.Manage server configurations in accordance with established standards and best practices.Support infrastructure improvements and optimization initiatives.Platform Development & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate closely with senior administrators to develop expertise in the WindServer environment and architecture.Partner with the WindServer Product Manager to support product growth and enhancement initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability.Recommend and implement technical solutions that improve operational effectiveness.Document system changes, configurations, and support procedures.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience6 to 9 years of experience in systems administration, application support, infrastructure administration,
