As a professionally trained Security Officer for G4S, you could be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises, such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories as well as ports and airports. You would be conducting foot or vehicle patrols, controlling access at points of entry, securing equipment and people, responding to emergency situations, monitoring CCTV and surveillance equipment and helping to identify and prevent criminal activity.

¿Qué harás?
- Gestión de Crisis y Reacción: Actuar como primer responsable en incidentes (hurtos, conatos de incendio,
emergencias médicas) aplicando protocolos de seguridad avanzados hasta la llegada de refuerzos o autoridades.
- Análisis y Evaluación de Riesgos: Identificar puntos débiles en el puesto de servicio (iluminación, cámaras defectuosas, patrones de visitantes inusuales) y proponer medidas correctivas al supervisor.
- Auditoría y Monitoreo Avanzado: Manejar sistemas de CCTV complejos, alarmas electrónicas y software de control de acceso, identificando fallos y gestionando grabaciones para investigación.
- Elaboración de Informes Detallados: Documentar incidentes de manera exhaustiva, incluyendo testimonios, cronología y acciones tomadas, sirviendo como evidencia legal o soporte para investigaciones internas.
- Control de Cierres Operacionales: Supervisar procesos de alto riesgo, como el cierre de cajas, el cargue/descargue de mercancía de alto valor o el aseguramiento de áreas críticas (servidores, bóvedas).
- Capacitación y Orientación (Mentoría): Guiar y supervisar a los oficiales sin experiencia, asegurando que cumplan correctamente con las normas y procedimientos del puesto.
- Relación con Autoridades: Servir como punto de contacto principal con la Policía Nacional, bomberos u otras entidades de emergencia durante un evento, coordinando el acceso y la información.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Curso de vigilancia vigente
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en vigilancia, cctv, manejo de radios, celulares entre otros.
