The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Technology Recruitment Specialists to join our nearshore team and deliver best-in-class talent solutions. You will work closely with our US Investigo leadership and client teams to identify and engage top technology talent across areas including Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Digital, Infrastructure, and Technology Leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

- Sourcing high-quality technology professionals using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and targeted market mapping.
- Screening and qualifying candidates across multiple technology disciplines, including Software Development, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Product, and Technology Leadership.
- Building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs across the US market.




- Collaborating with Account Directors, Delivery Leads, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
- Providing an outstanding candidate experience aligned with Investigo's values and reputation in the market.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records within our ATS and CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

- 3-6 years of recruitment experience within Technology Recruitment (agency, RPO, MSP, or in-house).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability, including advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Experience recruiting for technology professionals across one or more specialist markets.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a global mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.

What We Offer

- Salary: $15,000 - $25,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location).
- Commission: Deal-based commission ($100-$200 per successful placement).
