Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, remote role based in LATAM, responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that promote BlockCon Global’s Web3 business retreats.

This role manages day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with content creation (Copy, SocialMedia Calendar, Visual Direction,



Community Management), and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with sales and event teams to align marketing efforts with event goals, drive attendance, and support partner engagement.

Typical responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, maintaining marketing calendars, preparing reports, and handling logistics for marketing assets related to the event. The role also involves cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications
