We are looking for a customer-focused, bilingual professional who is fluent in both French and English and has experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment.

Bilingual Fluency – Essential: Excellent written and spoken French and English.
Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
E-Commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce operations and/or e-commerce customer support is highly preferred.
Multichannel Support:



Ability to effectively manage customer interactions across email, voice, and live chat, sometimes concurrently.
E-Commerce Tools: Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or similar customer service and e-commerce tools.
Weekend Availability: Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Deliver empathetic support: Provide warm, patient, and non-robotic customer service tailored to parents buying shoes for toddlers.
Prioritize urgent tickets: Manually scan and triage ticket queues to resolve time-sensitive order modifications before daily warehouse cutoffs.
Handle customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
