Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to work with existing partners and customers and expand our presence across Latin America (LATAM). In this highly visible role, you will identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with government, public safety, intelligence, and law enforcement organizations while building long-term partnerships across the region.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners,



helping them address complex operational challenges through SS8's industry-leading intelligence solutions. This role is adecuado for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex international environments and is motivated by both business growth and mission-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory growth strategies to identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across government, public safety, intelligence, and law enforcement organizations throughout the region.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Ensure you have Target Account Selling plans up to date.
Navigate complex government procurement, tendering, and contracting processes while ensuring compliance with local and regional requirements.
