JOB FUNCTION
SENA student currently pursuing a technical or technological program in Accounting and Finance, seeking an opportunity to complete the practical training stage and gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial, and administrative processes.
Duties, Responsibilities
Support process and activities relate to AR, AP, Inventory,
Costs, closing activities and daily activities related to managing his/ her direct report.
File and maintain supporting documentation for accounting and financial reports.
Organize and archive supporting documents related to local tax returns and filings.
Assist in preparing accounting and local financial reports, documents archive.
Enter financial information into spreadsheets and web portals (Public Entities).
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Verify documents according to company procedures.
Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance and Accounting team.
Education & Experience
Active SENA student enrolled in a program related to Accounting, Accounting and Finance.
Eligible to begin the practical training stage.
Basic knowledge of accounting, Excel, and document management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
