Job Description
Venture Global Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our growing BPO company. This position is responsible for ensuring that client accounts, employees, office operations, and internal processes run efficiently and consistently.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee team performance, client satisfaction, productivity, quality, staffing, operational reporting, office resources, and process improvement. The idóneo candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership, follows through on responsibilities, holds employees accountable, and works closely with HR, IT, and executive leadership to resolve operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and assigned client accounts.
Manage, coach, and support employees, team leaders, and supervisors.
Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and overall employee performance.
Track KPIs and ensure client expectations and service standards are consistently met.




Maintain regular communication with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements.
Coordinate staffing needs, employee coverage, schedules, and operational priorities.
Support the onboarding and implementation of new client accounts.
Ensure SOPs, client procedures, and internal processes are documented and followed.
Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership to resolve employee, system, and operational issues.
Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
Address employee performance concerns and ensure proper coaching and follow-up.
Oversee office inventory, supplies, equipment, workstations, and operational resources.
Maintain accountability for company equipment and assets assigned to employees.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, equipment needs, and facility-related matters.
